Don’t try it. Do it.
Go exercise. Eat better.
Is it easy? Hell no. But then again, I never said it wasn’t going to be hard work.
My apologies for the slow activity (or lack thereof) over the past couple of weeks. Like most people, I’ve been mobbed with all sorts of different stuff that has kept me from updating. The good news, though, is that most of that stuff is done with now and I’ll be back to posting some good stuff soon.
