I have purchased a LOT of health/fitness books, e-books and DVDs. There are a lot out there. For the most part, they are usually just different coaches’ methods, based on their own experience and opinion. Many of them are really nothing special; some even just look like remakes of someone else’s work.
A while back I picked up Jim Smith’s Accelerated Muscular Development package. The package is insane! Unlike some other coaches, Smitty takes the time to teach you the “why” as well as the “how”. You actually learn about why the program is the way it is. Not only that, but it is a complete system. It’s not just a bunch of workouts slapped together. Smitty includes entire sections of warming up, mobility/activation, fat loss and a ton more.
Yesterday, Smitty released his AMD 2.0 package. Whether you are interested in building muscle and getting strong, or losing fat, I highly suggest picking it up. There are 2 separate workout plans in it: one for muscle building/strength and one for fat loss. If you have any questions about the product, let me know. Now go check it out!

I bought the 2.0, and have had many ?’s for Smitty, Poor guy and he has great but would like some feedback or help on how many sets and or reps are
We supposed to do in the 12 week program ? And I printed the charts but I don’t see anywhere that tells you what days or how many?
Thanks for your time.
Joy,
The complete program with full workouts including reps and sets, is contained in the AMD Main Manual. I believe they begin on page 101.
Hope you enjoy the program.
Chris
Thanks Chris
