Guest Article on Food and Fitness Online

I’m always happy to meet and work with new people in the health and fitness field. Not too long ago I was ask by Tony Paradis of Food and Fitness Online to be a contributing writer for his monthly newsletter and blog. Well I’m happy to announce that an article that I wrote on Barbell Training for Beginners has just gone up on Tony’s site.
