So I set a bunch of goals for 2010, one of which was to be able to do a one armed pullup, and the other day I managed to get it. This is something I have been directly training for for a few months and I’m very glad that I got it done. The only thing to do now is keep improving on it. It wasn’t perfect, but it got the job done.

I actually wrote an article about my training but I don’t think I ever published it. I’ll look around. I do remember that it was lots of mixed grip pull-ups with heavy weight and frequent one arm isos on the pull-up bar that used to be in my doorway (when I had a doorway before the storm).
